Returns
We accept returns within 30 of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging, with all tags, accessories, or manuals included.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items:

Sale or clearance items
Personalized/custom products
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your bank or credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item, email us at shahzadbhatti40031@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
